This beautiful Poolhouse is part of a larger estate in Tivoli, NY, with an amazing view of Saugerties and the Hudson River. The owner of the property also turns out to be the editor and CEO of Rolling Stone Magazine. Our role in this project was to engineer and install the cedar rafters around the building to create some partial shade for complete wrap around the deck. We’ve always loved this town since Eddie Vedder sported a Tivoli t-shirt during the 92′ Woodstock Festival.
